"I did not speak with Eric but his office manager Barbara was completely incompetent and rude. I called needing a document for a customer of mine and she said " You need this each year you need to start keeping these" in a harsh tone. She then proceeded to huff and puff on the phone because we asked to have the documents fax. She clearly didn't want to help us and kept up the nasty attitude the whole call. She then said I'll fax them and hung up no bye or is there anything else you need. Not only that but the fax never came through so we will have to call again. This woman should not work with the public. BEWARE of Barbara Weigand the office manager!"
